Team Member WiFi Use Policy

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and its affiliated companies (SEA) have provided this Wi-Fi wireless Internet connection for SEA team members only. Access may be restricted to designated areas. Team members are still expected to comply with any work rules and/or policies that limit when personal phones and internet devices can be used. All team members are expected to practice responsible computing and to adhere to these requirements for acceptable use when accessing SEA Wi-Fi:

1. Lawful Use and Compliance with SEA IT Policies. The SEA Wi-Fi may not be used in any way that violates state law, federal law, or the established IT policies of SEA. Detailed listings of the current IT policies are located at: http://seashare/sites/insider/Policies/Information%20Technology/ Such lawful and compliant use of the SEA WiFi includes, but is not limited to, adherence to the United States copyright law. Copying, downloading, or electronic transfer of copyrighted materials without the authorization of the copyright owner is against the law and may result in termination, as well as civil and criminal penalties, including fines and imprisonment
2. Responsibility. The use of SEA WiFi is controlled by login with the SEA team member user name and password. Team members are responsible for all activity conducted under their user name. Team members are expected to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized and/or abusive use by other individuals. Passwords should never be shared with another person.
3. Network Security Monitoring. The SEA WiFi network connection is subject to monitoring for security, legal, troubleshooting or any other purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, monitoring for bandwidth usage, security related incidents, or a request from legal/law enforcement authorities. In addition, the SEA Information Technology department reserves the right to scan the network to assist in identifying and protecting against exploitable security vulnerabilities (e.g., viruses or worms) in efforts to preserve network integrity.
4. Personal Use Only. The SEA WiFi connection is for personal use only. The SEA WiFi may not be used for any commercial purpose or to host data services for other individuals or groups.
5. User Deception. Team members may not deceive others about their identity, or attempt to deceive others, in electronic communications or other network traffic while using the SEA WiFi.
6. Improper Access. Team members are prohibited from accessing accounts, files, or other information belonging to other SEA WiFi users or Internet users without their knowledge and explicit consent.
7. Harassment. Team members may not use the SEA WiFi connection to threaten, intimidate, harass or discriminate against other individuals or team members. While using the SEA WiFi, team members must comply with all SEA policies, including the Workplace Harassment and Respect in the Workplace policies. Any violation of these policies and/or inappropriate use of the SEA WiFi may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
8. Excess Usage or Abuse. Network capacity is limited. If a team member’s SEA WiFi connection uses excess bandwidth, sends disruptive signals, or violates any Company policies, including this SEA WiFi Use Policy, the team member’s SEA WiFi connection will be subject to limitations or possible disconnection.

By connecting to the SEA WiFi you expressly agree to this WiFi Use Policy. Violation of this policy may result in team member discipline, up to and including, termination of employment. Due to the dynamic nature of technology and the Internet, the SEA WiFi Use policy is subject to change. Any changes will be posted and require user consent prior to access.
